El lunes/On Monday, January 20th, we welcome Michelle Howell, Area 6 Educational Director, to our school Leadership meeting.
Para ese entonces/At that time, we will present our school strategies and structures focusing on teachers and administrators supporting student success with students at risk. At that meeting, we aim to go over each teacher-student data to see:
What are the critical areas for growth
How are students progressing
What strategies and supports are teachers tapping into
What supportive school structures (grade group planning, Professional Learning Community, Collaborative Response Model, Student Learning Team, and any other supportive school structures) are teachers using to increase effectiveness
What more can the school administrative team do to support teacher practice through school structures, professional development, CBE strategists, etc.
To what degree is there alignment between Alberta Education, CBE and SDP goals and strategies
Data gathered, use of strategies and coherence, as evidenced through our classroom visits and school structure, supports
En/At Escuela Gleneamdows School, we aim to foster academic, physical, emotional and well-being success. To this end, we regularly hold specialized sessions to serve our heterogeneous student population best.
