As we close another incredible school year at Escuela Glenmeadows School, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our amazing students, families, staff, and community. Together, we have created a year filled with learning, growth, friendship, and countless memorable experiences. From engaging classroom learning and inspiring concert performances to leadership opportunities, Latin and cultural celebrations, and STEM learning experiences, our students embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, kindness, and perseverance. It has been a true privilege for our staff and me to witness their growth, confidence, and accomplishments.
This year also showcased the remarkable strength of our school community, with exemplary evidence that “We’re all in this Together”. Our dedicated staff consistently went above and beyond to provide engaging learning experiences while nurturing every child's academic, social, and emotional well-being. Our school families, volunteers, School Council, and Society generously shared their time, talents, and support, making events such as Welcome Back Barbecue, Fiestaval, Sports Day, Que Pasa, field trips, and numerous classroom activities unforgettable. Your partnership continues to make Glenmeadows such a special place to learn and belong.
As principal, I am incredibly proud of all that we have accomplished together. Our students demonstrated resilience, curiosity, leadership, and compassion every day, reminding us that success is measured not only by achievement but also by the positive impact we have on one another. Together, we continued to build a welcoming, safe, caring and inclusive school where everyone is valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
On behalf of the entire Glenmeadows staff, thank you for another outstanding year. We wish all of our families a safe, restful, and joyful summer filled with wonderful memories. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall for another exciting year of learning, growth, and success. Have a fantastic summer!

SCHOOL COUNCIL & SOCIETY UPDATES
FALL 2026 CASINO VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED - NOV 7 & 8
Hello Escuela Glenmeadows Parents and Guardians!
Every two years, Escuela Glenmeadows is granted a casino fundraising night! Our next one is slated for Q4 of 2026. The funds earned from this event support a variety of programs for the students at Glenmeadows. We use the money for: residencies, equipment for sports, arts, STEM, AV equipment, a new gaga ball pit, and so much more! The goal of the casino fundraiser is to offer our kids additional learning opportunities and subsidies programs run by our amazing school staff.
This fundraiser raises a considerable amount of money... north of $80,000!
Casino Information:
Date: Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8
Location: Cowboys Casino (underground parking included)
Times: see this link for the available shifts
The volunteer list needs to be submitted to AGLC by mid-September, so please pick your shift early.
This is a great way to meet other parents in the school and engage in some adult conversation :)
A meal at one of the onsite restaurants is provided for all the volunteers.
If you are concerned about not being familiar with casino activities, we have you covered. AGLC mandates that we hire very knowledgeable advisors that will walk us all through the requirements of each role, both prior to the shift starting and during the entire 2 day event. The only requirement is a valid ID.
