Los Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno/The Winter Olympics P.E activities in the gym proved to be a big hit with all students. All the activities provided fun and challenging physical tasks that support the mind and body. A special thank you to our P.E. committee and all teachers for setting them up daily. Thank you to all volunteers who have given their time to support with each activity!
We are grateful to our School Society and members for providing each grade with $2,000 in learning resources. Last Friday, teachers spent a good portion of their afternoon placing orders they know will have a significant impact on student learning. We are all in this together!
We are looking forward to the Habana Dance Residency /www.havanacubandancestudio.com starting on February 2. Marco Ravelo, dance owner and lead teacher, comes to us every second year to bring the Latin flavour and culture through exciting and age-appropriate dances. Once again. A huge thank you to our School Society for funding this great learning experience!
Sr. Casas is planning the Escuela Glenmeadows School Tiene Talento/Glenmeadows has Talent! Sr. Casas will begin providing students who wish to audition for the April 2 Talent Show starting this coming Monday. Be sure to ask your child(ren) if they wish to participate. Students can get the form from Sr. Casas during their Music class.

The Parent Council is thrilled to share the success of our Holiday Reading Challenge! A total of students participated, with 24 readers from Division 1 and 5 from Division 2, all embracing cozy reading time over the holiday break.
We loved seeing the enthusiasm and commitment to reading, and we’re excited to congratulate our two winners: Kash S (Division 1) and Mia B (Division 2)! 🎉👏
