Hoy/today marked a special day at Glenmeaows School.  We celebrated the farewell of our first kindergarten class in 2018, our first year at this site.  We had special guests from the International Spanish Academy, CBE representatives, and a parent speak to our grade 6 students.  We also featured songs from our Grade 5 students, Grade 6 students, and class historians. The event concluded with a photo and music recollection featuring students from Kindergarten to Grade 6, marking their journey. To the students, parents and guardians of this special group, we wish you all the best.  We will miss you all!

Estuviste/Were you at Fiestaval?  What a fantastic event that took place yesterday, where families enjoyed activities, food and a variety of vendors!  Families had a chance to get to know each other and enjoy the Escuela Gleneamdows School as a family! A huge thank you to our School Fundraiser Coordinator, Tera Viccars, the planning team, and all volunteers for putting on this exciting event!

 Porfavor/Please take a look at the dates on the side of this page on Sabes Que, as there are some special events at our school for our students. We will have our school's farewell, Indigenous Month celebration, which will include a Powwow on the school field, sports day, and special dress-up days on the last day.

 Solo hay/There are now only 4 days left, but who's counting? Next week, I will announce the names of staff members who will be relocating to other school sites, as well as the names of new staff members to our school.

 Libretas/Report cards will be available online through your MyCBE account on Wednesday, June 25.  If you need help with accessing report cards, instructions are available at this link . On Thursday, June 26 and Friday, June 27 (from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon), we will have staff available to address any appeals.  Please call the office if you have any questions that you would like answered by teachers.

 Please note that Thursday is an early dismissal day at 1:30 pm.
